USR（大學社會責任）計畫由教育部指導，本校智慧產業學院 USR 計畫聚焦於南投縣三大休閒農業區——小半天、大雁、糯米橋，以大學知識能量深入在地，解決真實問題。 Guided by the Ministry of Education, the NUTC Smart Industry College USR Program focuses on three leisure agricultural areas in Nantou County — Xiaobantian, Dayan, and Nuomiqiao — bringing university expertise directly into the community.
計畫跨越語文學院、商業設計系、智慧生產工程系、商業經營系、休閒事業經營系等多個系所，以跨域合作為核心，結合農產包裝、行銷推廣、攝影紀錄、雙語推廣與遊程設計等多元方向。 The program spans multiple departments — including the College of Languages, Commercial Design, Smart Production Engineering, Business Management, and Leisure Industry Management — integrating diverse fields from agricultural packaging to bilingual promotion and tour design.
